Just as a fyi, we are planning on supporting multiple language Live Chat in 2009. It’s currently planned for September in the development roadmap, although it may happen sooner (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Support/SumoDevRoadmap2009). If you have any questions or thoughts, please drop me a line!
